every month there will be a member(admin,mod, or plain member) of the month on this site

HOW IT WORKS

during each month il be looking at different members on this site.
il look at.....
1.number of posts
2.helping out
3.making the site better
4.following the rules

every 1st day of the month or first week il announce the robopenguin of the month
starting october 22 2007 il be looking
also if there are more than 3 wiiners il do a drawing otherwise if there are 3 or less they all win
im still making up the prizes!

PRIZES!!!!!!!
member------------------admin for half a month. also you have access to the mods and admins forums. last gets a userbar
mod----------------------admin for a month. gets a user bar
admin--------------------you get a signature, avatar if you want.


also if you dont like a prize and you have a better idea then pm me
il make a different topic for each robopenguin of the month

i thought also above yor avatar it will say penguin of the month but i need someones help to make it so they can acess the admin panel too
